Wow... I can't say enough good things about my experience with Big Country Amusements. Diane is truly a gem. She has made my entire event planning a breeze. Her knowledge of your products made for easy selection, leading to the perfect end results... a lot of happy kids! The delivery, set-up and breakdown of each of our 3 events went off without a hitch. Your staff made sure everything worked properly throughout the day! Everyone was extremely courteous and professional.

We very much enjoyed using your products, and will certainly be doing so in the future! The equipment was delivered clean, in good condition and set up on time with time to spare, and the employees took time to go over the operating instructions with our volunteers. They also took extra precautions, all of their own volition, to institute safety measures around the equipment, such as taping down the power cords when they learned that we would have special needs children on site. The BCA employees were not only courteous and professional, but also went above and beyond the basic standard of courtesy and professionalism to be both kind and as helpful as possible. The overall service exceeded my standard, and I have recommended BCA to any and all of my friends and coworkers.

We have always been able to count on you for our neighborhood's annual block party each September. Your drivers are always on the early side of "on time" delivery and are ALWAYS courteous and professional, EVERY YEAR, consistently. We've always had nice, clean equipment EVERY YEAR, consistently. Our kids really look forward to this annual event primarily because of the equipment we rent from you! From the office staff handling our order via phone and fax to the delivery staff, we continue to be pleased with your service.

We again had a successful day at our End of Summer Party, thanks in part for BCA's great service and equipment!
